Testing My Limits

Once upon a time, in the heart of Metropolis, a baby boy was born. His parents, being huge fans of comic books, decided to name him Clark, after their favorite superhero, Superman. As Clark grew up, he developed a peculiar habit. Every time he wore his Superman onesie, he would try to fly around the house. He’d climb on the furniture and leap off, arms outstretched, shouting “Up, up and away!”

One day, his mother asked him, “Clark, why do you always try to fly when you wear your Superman onesie?”

Clark looked at her with his big innocent eyes and replied earnestly, “Well mom, when I wear my Batman pajamas I just run around the house because Batman can’t fly. But when I wear my Superman onesie… I have to try!”

His mother laughed and said, “But Clark, you know you can’t really fly right?”

Clark looked at her with a serious expression and said confidently, “Not yet mom… not yet. But remember what Superman says? ‘The only way to know how strong you can be is to keep testing your limits.’ So I’m just testing my limits!”

And that’s how baby Clark became the most determined little Superman fan in all of Metropolis. The moral of the story? Even if you can’t fly like Superman yet… never stop testing your limits!
